Wildfire forces thousands to flee homes north of Los Angeles

(Reuters) - A rapidly growing wildfire in the foothills north of Los Angeles threatened thousands of homes on Tuesday, forcing nearby residents to evacuate after causing at least one death and power outages throughout the area, officials said.
