Russian, Iranian foreign ministers discuss Syria

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov spoke by telephone with his Iranian counterpart Mohammad Javad Zarif about preparations for a Russian-hosted Syrian People's Congress, the Russian Foreign Ministry said on Friday in a statement.
