Czech PM: EU border protection should remain in countries' hands

PRAGUE (Reuters) - The Czech Republic rejects the idea that European Union countries refusing to take in migrants should have to compensate in other ways and believes border protection should be up to individual states, Prime Minister Andrej Babis said on Monday.
