Iraq court says it was unconstitutional to cancel some votes in May election

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Iraq's Supreme Court ruled on Thursday that the cancellation of overseas, displaced and Peshmerga votes in the May 12 parliamentary election was unconstitutional.
