Tropical storm Florence to turn into hurricane, heads toward U.S. East Coast

Tropical storm Florence is expected to turn into a hurricane later Sunday as it churned across the mid-Atlantic with winds of 70 miles (113 kilometers) per hour toward the U.S. East Coast, where it is expected to make landfall mid-week.
