Crashed jet in Mexico had 13 aboard according to flight plan-state government

The regional government of the Mexican state of Coahuila said on Monday that a private jet plane that crashed between Las Vegas, Nevada and the northern Mexican city of Monterrey had 13 people on board, according to the flight plan.
